Our ninja program combines the discipline from martial arts, the coordination from gymnastics, the strength and agility from obstacle training, and the creativity from freestyle movement. This program is for kids 3-18 years of age.

In this 60-minute lesson, Lil Ninjas gain body and spatial awareness, muscle strength and confidence. We give children who want to jump and leap over the coach, a safe place to play. We will teach the basics of floor ninja training as well as jumping from block to block, and over mats. Walking on a narrow plank, swinging on bars, and jumping on the trampoline adds more fun to these lessons. Strength conditioning is incorporated in order to build muscle strength.
Apprentice Ninjas learn transferable core skills by fusing elements of martial arts, gymnastics, obstacle training and freestyle movement. The Ninja Zone Program provides children a unique opportunity to focus their energy, exercise their body and mind, build character, and cultivate discipline and gives children confidence to take on any challenge.
Junior Ninjas learn transferable core skills by fusing elements of martial arts, gymnastics, obstacle training and freestyle movement. The Ninja Zone Program provides students a unique opportunity to focus their energy, exercise their body and mind, build character and cultivate discipline and gives students the confidence to take on any challenge.
This 60 minute class is designed to teach boys ages 9yrs and up the basics of tumbling and trampoline. Students will spend a majority of their time on the floor learning beginner level skills (forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back walkovers, and round offs). Students will also learn some basic skills on the trampoline during the last 15 minutes of class. This class is great for males not wanting to do gymnastics, but wants to tumble.
